Flexible start date, start time and days of week. Even with previous nanny (whom we love, but she’s landed a job utilizing her education/equestrian degree) we are and always will be flexible. 1 boy and 1 girl, with
established routine. We’d love to find someone as flexible, fun, willing to do grocery org and laundry :)

Kids off bus, backpack org, homework, lunches & waters empty and packed for next day. Bath for 7yo, ensure 11yo showers, plan for next days: grocery deliveries, household laundry, snacks and dinner after school. Bath and PJ’s for 7yo. Bonus: find activities for kids to try- after school: dance, martial arts etc.

Flexible with days of week, start and end times. 1/2 days or sick days would be amazing but necessary to cover. Planning a long weekend - no problem if we know week before (rare travel for WFH Mom- has private office outside of home).
