Two great girly girls that are happy and easy going. The older one is a little helper, the younger one is mischievous. Both are great kids, but have a harder time saying goodbye to parents, and are sensitive.
Sitter has to be warm and love kids. Has to be responsible, but also compassionate. Needs to treat kids with respect and understanding of their needs. Adlerian or Montessori background is preferable but not a must.
A single-family home. We need help on occasion - mostly date-nights and days the day-care is out or sick days. On sick days we will be around in the home office.
