We are a family of 4 kids, but job is mainly for youngest. Sitter should be comfortable w/many moving parts & have prior experience w/multiple kids. 3 older kids present during 1/2 days. Parents work @ home. We limit screen usage.
In AM, 3 yr old needs engaging play, meal help & nap. Older kids are in PM for 1-2 hrs. Some hrs. may be non-childcare: errands, household support.
Looking for long-term potential. 1-2 trials to ensure right match. April will be a transition period as we change childcare. Approx. hrs 8:45am-5:15 pm. We work best w/ adaptable/flexible nanny, can handle schedule fluctuations (sometimes 4 days/week). No other kids, prefer nearby candidates. Will request resume & refs.
