We are a family of 4 kids, but job is primarily for our youngest. Sitter should be comfortable w/ a lively household, many moving parts & have prior experience w/multiple kids. 3 older kids more present during school breaks, 1/2 days. Parents work @ home. We limit screen usage; our kids thrive on creative play/engagement.

In AM, the 3 yr old needs engaging play, meal help & naptime. Older kids come home in the PM for about 1-2 hrs before parents are finished w/ work. Some hrs. may be non-childcare, i. e. errands, household support.

Looking for someone w/long-term potential. 1-2 trial runs to ensure right match. Approx. hrs 8:45am-5:15 p.m. We work best w/ a person who is adaptable/flexible, able to handle schedule fluctuations (sometimes only 4 days a week). No other kids pls, prefer nearby candidates. Will request resume & references.
