My wife and I are looking for a caregiver to watch our 5-year-old daughter for 2.5 to 3 hours a weekday when she gets home from Kindergarten. No car needed as our daughter will take a bus home each day, we live across the street from a playground, and are close to the D and E Green Line branches and Route 60 and 65 buses. Because my wife (teacher) has a short work day and I have a very flexible office job, the caregiver will have significant flexibility to take days off.
