Backup and occasional care for 14 month old toddler in Charlestown

We live in the Charlestown Navy Yard. We have a 14 month old boy and 2 small dogs (Italian Greyhounds).
We are seeking backup care (daytime) as well as occasional evening and weekend care for our 14 month old. Must have young toddler experience and enjoy spending time with this age range.
We have parking available. Unfortunately the Navy Yard is not easily accessed on the T.
