Hi! We are a family of six in the South End with four kids ages 10, 8, 4 and 2. We have an amazing nanny but she is wanting to shift her hours earlier and leave around 4:45, so we are trying to find someone to take over the evening routine every night.
The evening chunk is the busiest of the day, with all 4 kids home (4:45/5pm start, until 6:45ish end). We need someone who can cook the kids dinner, help bathe the two youngest, and clean up the kitchen before going home. I try to spend individual time with each kid during this block and help with their homework, so the more extra hands we have to divide and conquer, the better!
Can also add regular weekend time also. (One recurring full weekend day or two half days)
