This is when I will need your services:
July 11, Thursday – 4:00 pm to 10:30 pm est;
July 12, Friday – 11:30 am to 10:30 pm est;

I might also need your services on July 13, Saturday – 11:30 to 4:00 pm est. However, I am not sure about that as yet. I will let you know about that as we get closer.
Please note that I have also booked a kid’s camp for my kid at the following times:
July 11 – 5:00 pm to 10:00 pm;
July 12 – 8:30 am to 12:00 pm
July 13 – 8:30 am to 12:00 pm
The organizers of my conference are trying to extend each day’s camp for the evening as well (5:00 to 10:00 pm), but that is not definite yet.
During our time together, I will give you a key card to my room. I will be available at the same venue (you can reach me by phone anytime) and will try to come in once in a while. There is a dinner on Friday, July 12 (from 6:00 to 10:00 pm EST) at a venue near the hotel. During that time, I will not be physically at the hotel.
I would just expect you to keep my kid occupied and generally take care of him during your time with him. I will give you detailed instructions once we meet at the hotel. He is a friendly but slightly shy kid. However, once you befriend him, he will be a treat.
