Afterschool sitter for a 4-year old

We are a family of 3 (+ one puppy) including a fun loving and energetic 4 year old son.
Looking for a recurring afterschool babysitter who can incorporate structure, childhood development and imaginative play.
Ideally Monday - Friday after school (around 3pm) until 5pm or so, open to discussing this further. Would be based out of our home in Ashland
Requirements
- Comfortable with pets
- Sitter has own car
