before and after school sitter for 9yr old autistic boy

My son has autism and developmental delay. He is a very sweet 9-year old boy who has typical autism spectrum behaviors (hitting, tantrums, fixation with specific toys and activities, etc.
I'm looking for a sitter or sitters for after school and some weekends who can help with picking him up from school in Baton Rouge and bringing him home to Zachary from 3:30pm to 9:30pm Wednesdays, Thursdays, and every other Friday. I will also need a sitter every other weekend.
Requirements
- Special needs experience
- Sitter has own car
Responsibilities
- Driving the Kids
- Prepare Snacks/Meals
- Bedtime
- Toilet training
- Sick care
