My husband and I have two littles ones; a 2 and 1/2 year-old boy, and a 5-month-old boy. The main help we are looking for concerns our older boy. We both work full-time in healthcare, and often we need to do prep work for our caseload the following week. Inevitably, we do this late Sunday night after the kids are asleep, but this process has slowly been killing the start of our week. Our help would concern watching our 2-year-old so we don't continue to destroy our schedules. We're biased but he truly is a great kid: energetic, talkative, adventurous, and sweet. He likes to read, be outside, and explore the world; but, he is active, so we need someone who can keep can keep up :)
