A family of 6, Mom and Dad, Daughter and son, and 2 cats. Daughter is 7, Son is 3. We are a family that works a lot, and I want to ensure that my children have someone who can do things with them (like go to the park) and provide them some activities. I am a counselor (Dad) and my partner works at Dollar General. I work from home during the day and I have to be engaged in counseling sessions which prevents me from watching the kids.
I essentially need someone who is caring and willing to provide them activity and interaction,. If you can do some light housekeeping and small meals then that would be very helpful, but not required. My youngest is still being potty trained so some interaction with going to the potty and diaper changes until then would also be helpful.My daughter is very creative and loves doing creative activities. Both children are very active.
The schedule typically fluctuates, but on average it is between 2-3 days weekly. Typical hours are 1-8pm as my job requires that I work until 8 every evening. Some days are morning shifts for my partner and then she will get off of work, with that shift typically ending at 4:30pm, however day shifts are uncommon for her so the typical previously stated hours are more common.
