After school sitter for preschool-going toddler

Hello, my three year old auesome boy attends preschool during the day but needs a sitter after school.
I need a sitter to get my son off the school bus in the evenings and sit with him until I get off work in the evenings.
My schedule is Monday through Friday 8:00 am-5:00 pm . He attends preschool from 10:30 am- 1:30 pm Monday through Friday.
Requirements
- Special needs experience
- Sitter has own car
