Spend an hour or 2 playing with her and keeping her company till bedtime she falls asleep sleeps hard and if she wakes up she may need a snack and cuddles to go back to sleep.

If there’s dishes from the evening or any mess she makes just straighten up a bit so it won’t stress her out c
