Myself and my wife both work a later shift, she leaves at around 3 to 3:30, her mom is usually available to have them after 5:30
Be able to come over to our house and be with them for a couple hours so we can both go to work, maybe get them a snack if they ask, most of the time they’re running around outside in the backyard
My wife works off commission base, so somewhat flexible on hours.
