I am looking for a babysitter for my 3 year old child, turning 4 in April who was recently diagnosed with autism. He is verbal and very receptive to learning, however does require some special guidance. He is potty trained with rare accidents, and not a picky eater.

My schedule is Tuesday-Friday from 8:00 AM -4:30 The candidtate I am looking for should have experience with special needs children. Responsibilities are: providing structured routinge, ensuring safety, preparing simple meals, and supporting learning activities and emotional growth. The babysitter will provide a nurturing environment, encourage positive behaviors, and communicate regularly about the child's progress.
