My 2 nieces and one nephew just moved in with me and my husband.
They are pretty happy kids and easy to watch
We have 2 pug puppies as well that the kids take care of to learn responsibility

We just need someone to tell them that’s it’s 7pm and stay here until I get back
They will eat dinner before I leave and then they can play upstairs in the loft until bedtime
