I am a salaried leader who works overnight at a warehouse. I have a 9 month old who needs care while I'm working. Fixed rate is needed as I'm not hourly and the cost of childcare outweighs income left after monthly expenses due to the hours I work with commute.
Responsibilities
- Prepare Snacks/Meals
- Bedtime
- Light housekeeping
