I have four kids in total, a 8, 6, 3, and 2 y.o. Three girls, one boy. My two youngest need at home childcare on Friday's as well as potentially helping drive the older two to/from school.
I primarily need help with watching the two younger children during the day on Fridays while I work. I work form home, so would be here at the same time. Additionally, I could use help on Thursdays driving the kids to and from school/daycare
Ideally:
Thursday 2:30-5pm (occasional morning school drop-offs)
Friday: 8-4pm
