Part time sitter for super smiley and happy almost 1 year old baby girl

Mom is a nurse and dad is an account and we have an adorable 10.5 month old baby girl. She is currently in daycare, but mom is dropping down to part time to spend more time at home.
We are only looking for childcare, no household duties required. We are looking for a sitter that spends quality and engaging time with our daughter. We are looking for someone who is fun, loving and loves to play/do activities.
