My husband works from home and will be in the vicinity the whole time. I work in an office and will be back by 6. We just need someone to keep an eye on him.

He is on the spectrum but can mostly understand speech, especially when given extra time or repitition. He is potty trained and uses the toilet but we make sure to supervise.

Our house is small and since my husband works from home we need to encourage quiet activities. I need someone caring who is not a to be firm when needed.fraid
offer lunch/snack once he comes off the school bus, supervise him while he plays in the back yard, supervise bathroom visits to make sure he is not playing in there, spend time keeping him busy with coloring, sensory activities, crafts, etc.
Schedule is mostly fixed. Any days off from school we will need care all day if possible. Scahumburg, IL is the area and flexibility on the schedule is appreciated
