We have two boys, ages 5 (almost 6) and 3 years of age. 5y/o is in kindergarten from 7:15A-2P - we do morning drop off, but may need to do pick up. I (Mom) work and go to school full-time, my schedule is fairly routine, Dad works full-time, his schedule varies. Typically, have my Mom to assist but she is out of time for a family emergency and not sure when she will return. Need someone Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday - start time will vary depending on Dads schedule.
We need someone with our 3y/o - while our 5 y/o is in kindergarten and Mom and Dad work (or school for Mom). Meals for 3 & 5 y/o, diapers changes for 3 y/o. May need to pick up 5 y/o from kindergarten and bring him back home (checking on busing system). Start / End time will vary depending on when Dad starts work, mostly he works evenings but does work in the morning as well. Tentative schedule 7:30a - 4:00p and 10:30a - 6:00p - Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday - the schedule will vary.

Again schedule will vary if Dad opens it will be a 7:30a start if Dad closes 10:30a start but this could change. Once my Mother is back in town, we would not need someone routinely but may need someone on a as needed basis potentially.
