We are a couple in our mid-70s who will be looking after our two grandchildren while their parents are out of town for five days in November. The older child is a boy, four and a half years old, and has a lot of energy and interest in vehicles, trains, and trucks. The younger child is a girl, two and a half years old, and is communicative and active. She is still in diapers and takes naps in the early afternoon. We have a finished basement with lots of toys that will be the primary play area.
We are interested in your help watching the children with us from Saturday, November 23 to Wednesday November 27. This is joint supervision of children, as we also will be watching kids, but because of our age, we would appreciate an extra pair of hands. Join us in supervising childrens' play, helping kids eat, changing diapers, and putting the younger child down for a nap. Essentially, we would be a team of three watching the kids.
We are located in Northbrook and have a large house with a basement play space for the kids. We are interested in your assistance from about 10 AM to 8 PM (we'll provide meals), although we can be flexible on hours. This is a one time request for five consecutive days, November 23-27.
