We are a busy family that values teamwork, kindness, and fun. Our boys are sporty & social. They play on travel basketball and baseball teams & need encouragement to stay consistent with self-directed training outside of practices. They love exercise, biking, and enjoying time with their friends. We’re looking for someone who can support their independence & balancing structure, ensuring responsibilities like homework, training & chores come first.
- Pick up from school, drive to activities or practice.
• Assist with homework, organization & deadlines.
• Ensure their responsibilities are completed before they head out with friends.
• Provide healthy snacks and help prepare for the next day.
- Run light errands (e.g., post office, grocery store) and assist with meal prep.
• Manage the family calendar
- Proactively use downtime for helpful tasks, such as meal prep, errands, or light organization
- keep kitchen and mudroom tidy
Be a positive presence, encouraging the boys to stay active and organized without hovering.
