Hello! My son is 5 months as of October and this is our first child. I will be going back in to work in the beginning of December while my husband has the flexible job of working from home. We are looking for someone to watch our son so that my husband can focus on work. However, with him being at home, he will be available if there are any questions that may come up. I am looking for the sitter to be flexible in the caring style that parents want, in the times & to be open for feedback.
