We are a non traditional family of 5-Grandma, Grandpa, Dad and his 2 sons. Sammy is 8 and Lorenzo is 2. Dad goes to school and then work Monday-Friday., Grandpa works a lot and Grandma needs help with the 2 wonderful kids! Sammy’s busy with school, taekwondo, soccer and Cub Scouts. Lorenzo was born with his right leg half the size of the left but that doesn’t slow this 2 y/o down! He does have a prosthetic leg to help him walk and he walks without it. It’s easy to put on/off They’re sweethearts.
I (Grandma) just need a break and time to get other things done. Sometimes I go out sometimes I’m here but doing projects. All I need a sitter to do is watch/play with kids. Help Sammy with his homework. Hang with Lorenzo when Sammy has sports. Help them clean up their messes and dishes from their meal/snack. Read a story and get them ready/down to bed. We also have 2 dogs. Wrigley(black lab) she’s 8 and Moose(chocolate lab) he’s 1. They would also need to just be fed.
I’m pretty open on the schedule. I can be flexible on times and days if you need me to be.
