we’re a family with two children—a 7-year-old girl and a 10-year-old boy—looking for a sitter who can assist with them before and after school.
we would need you to be at our house to help get them ready for school, give them breakfast, and then either get them on the bus or drop them off at school( 5min away from our home. In the afternoons, either pick them up from the bus in front of our building or from school and stay with them for a couple of hours until my husband and I return from work. During that time, we’d need you to spend time with them, help with homework, give them dinner, and keep them entertained.
We are located in the suburbs . I work in downtown Chicago, so the before/after-school care is extremely important to me as I commute back from downtown, and it may take me some time to get home.
I wouldn’t need the sitter to be at my house the entire day. The key times would be in the morning before school and after school, or as needed depending on the day.
