We need help juggling our 4.5 year old & our 8 month old. Help with school pickup at noon, activities in the afternoon, and/or light housekeeping while baby naps. Husband is SAHD but conflicting schedules + other care-giving for his aging parents leave us needing extra hands. Pay negotiable by responsibilities since our needs vary (1 vs. 2 kids, driving, cleaning, etc., vs. lighter parents' helper duties).

We have also have two small-medium dogs (easy to walk, could go out on walks with you and the kids), and two cats who you don't need to worry about.
