Looking for someone to care for our 1yo as I work from home! This person's main responsibility would be to care for our daughter. Our daughter is a loving, friendly, active, ball of sunshine so we're looking for someone who is patient and supportive of her curiosity/activity. Would love someone to help establish a routine.

Care for 1yo including diaper changes, feedings, age appropriate crafts/play/book reading/ etc

We are a flexible and transparent, communicative family. Happy to talk through any situation or arrangement that can work for the caregiver and us.
