Key Responsibilities:
Engage in Daily Activities: Assist with playtime, meals, naps, and educational programs.
Support Child Development: Help the Lead Caregiver create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment.
Activity Planning: Contribute to the planning and execution of age-appropriate, engaging activities.
Maintain Cleanliness: Ensure childcare areas remain clean, organized, and safe.
Supervise and Protect: Monitor children closely to ensure their safety and well-being at all times.
Build Positive Relationships: Foster meaningful connections with children, promoting trust and security.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum 1 year of childcare experience (more preferred).
Reliability: Punctuality and dependability are essential.
Energy & Enthusiasm: A positive attitude and genuine love for working with children.
Background Check: Willingness to undergo a thorough background screening.
Medical Clearance: Current medical clearance, including vaccinations and a recent health screening.
Certification: CPR/First Aid certification (preferred, or willingness to obtain upon hire).
Team Player: Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
