Backup Sitter for Toddler when nanny unavailable

Our family has 2 WFH parents, a dog and 2 cats, and a 1 year old toddler.
Watch over our toddler to allow us to work uninterrupted during the day, provide meals and non-screen play time, including an outing to park or library (both within 10 min walk) weather allowing.
