Regular afternoon sitter/nanny for sweet 3 and 6 year old kids

- $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
I am looking for weekday (5 days) afternoon help to pick my kids up after school/daycare, get them home and settled, and play with them until dinnertime - possibly driving to 1 or 2 after school activities for the 6 year old (this is TBD). 3:00 - 6/6:30 pm M-F
Start date is ASAP, and I am looking for someone that could definitely stay with our family through the entire school year - or ideally beyond!
Must-haves: (1) Clean driving record and own car (I will provide car seats and will reimburse for gas used during the job), (2) Must live within 5 miles from my house (North Center/Roscoe Village neighborhood), (3) Dependable and reliable - I need someone I can trust to be there every day (within reason), & (4) Energetic, playful, and patient with my kids.
