Part-time for energetic toddler

We are a family of 4. Husband, wife, 19 year old, and 3.5 year old. Our soon has never had a babysitter outside of our home. With anyone besides his siblings. We have a very cleans and organized home with structure.
I need a sitter on days I need to work outside the home. Also when date nights and or occasions.
