Help my wife please! 10-month-old baby boy and his incredibly sweet 4-year old big brother need occasional babysitting in Harris Ranch area of Boise.

I'm gone a lot for work, so juggling these boys alone, my wife needs some occasional "sanity relief" and "productivity boosting" for at least a few hours at least once or twice a week, with a reliable babysitter for feeds and loving attention primarily to the baby boy and occasionally his big brother. Both are so sweet they will melt your heart!
Generally would be morning or mid-day to allow my wife to get some things done (both at home and running errands), but occasionally some evening help would also be appreciated. Some help with light cleaning/prepping meals would be a big bonus if available.

For reference, 4-yo Will is in preschool MWF, and baby Connor is home full-time. We would be open to exploring a more regular schedule after a few weeks, depending on mutual interest.
