My son is 7.5 months old. My partner and I are both self-employed. I work from home and when he has a job that takes him out of the home, I need help with the baby while I work.
Looking for recurring babysitter who is comfortable with... being present & engaged with baby at all times; no television or computers / not on your phone in front of baby (music is okay); being non-judgmental, supportive, open, & accommodating to parenting styles & philosophies (nurturing/attachment-style, feeding styles, etc.; mom working from home, or running errands, or self-care; being flexible - schedule may vary week to week; cats

*Preferably familiar w/ Waldorf & Montessori philosophies
We live in an apartment on the 2nd floor up 1 flight of stairs; we are looking for a recurring babysitter who our son comes to love and trust and we can rely on for date nights, work, and possibly travel.
