Occasional sitter for one toddler and a 10 years old

We are a family of 4 that needs help. My husband and I are hard working and will need help with our children when they're sick or we just need a date night. Our children are very intelligent and respectful.
I need the sitter to take care of the children or sometimes just one of them. Give them medicine if needed, feed them, change them, play with them.
We live in Winston, GA
