Part-time sitter for a 4 year old and a 14 month old

A family of four, 4 year old girl and 14 month old boy. My husband and I work full time from home. I will be returning to the office a few days a week in January.
Looking for a sitter to start in October to acclimate with my family. In January the schedule will change to include daycare/pre-k pick up and a few hours with both kids at home.
