Occasional baby sitter

My husband and I have a one-month-old baby and a 9-year-old who stays with us from Friday to Sunday. We love our family time, but we also make sure to have date nights or moments where it's just the two of us to recharge and connect
We need a babysitter to feed, change, and put our one-month-old to sleep. We occasionally need light cleaning, but it is rare. Our bedtime routine is important to us.
