My husband and I have 1 little boy (5 years old) and an 11 year old lab. My husband's other children are older and dont live in the house. We don't have any family in the area. My son is very social and loves people and just likes to have someone to play with, but is also content watching TV . He is an EXTREMELY picky eater so meal prep is simple. Our yellow lab is friendly and lazy. Initially she gets excited but will then just lay around.
Hang out with our little guy, play with him, watch TV with him amd maybe take him outside to play (backyard). Assist with getting him fed if needed although he is pretty self-sufficient and as I mentioned an extremely picky eater. Maybe get him ready for bed depending on times.
Schedule is sporadic and not looking for anything specific, just a date night or day time date with my husband every once in awhile.
