I need a babysitter for my three elementary-aged children (8, 9, and 11) on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 2:45 PM to 4:00 PM. The ideal candidate has their own car and is comfortable around normal sized (90lb) dogs. Responsibilities include supervising playtime, ensuring they start homework, and ensuring a safe environment. The babysitter will engage with the children in activities and promote positive behavior. Reliability and good communication are important for this role. My high schooler will be home shortly after 4 PM and can take over after that.
