Part time sitter for two good kids

I'm a single Dad with a 4 year old daughter and 8 year old "stepson". I occasionally need a sitter when I'm at work.
I need someone that can arrive before 8am and work until 3 pm. Snacks and lunch need to be prepared
My home has a pool and playground in the back. The kids are fairly easy to take care of. The neighbor kids keep them busy.
