We are a family with two wonderful autistic children, ages 16 and 5. Our 16-year-old is very independent and doesn't require care, but our energetic 5-year-old needs hands-on support. We’re seeking respite care two days a week, as well as occasional vacation care with extended hours (but not overnight). We’re excited to find someone who can help us provide the care and attention our younger child needs!
We’re looking for someone to provide hands-on care for our 5-year-old autistic son, who is currently transitioning to potty training. He’s generally well-behaved and is enrolled in ABA therapy, so familiarity with reinforcing positive behaviors and following routines is a plus. Responsibilities will include:

Assisting with potty training and maintaining consistency with his routine.
Supervising and engaging in playtime, both indoors and outdoors.
Preparing and serving meals/snacks as needed.
