We are a family with a set of twin girls who love a kind-spirited and fun caregiver. We choose healthy option foods in our home that are organic and clean. Our twins have a set routine, but we do allow for some flexibility. We do have a pet that is not aggressive and is caged.
Our goal is that our babysitter, makes sure that all the needs of the twins are met during the time that they are caring for them. It is also expected that the caregiver be able to do all the necessary prep work/clean up for the children. The schedule that is given is expected to be followed with some light deviation when unexpected circumstances do not permit. It is expected for the caregiver to make sure that the nursery clean, children's laundry is washed, dryed and put away, crib sheets are changed, nursery mats on the floor are washed/dried and the floor is vacuumed etc. No other work outside of caring for the children is required.
