We'd like to hire a sitter for our 15-month old daughter mainly on weekday evenings after she returns home from daycare. Typical routine: wash her hands, change diaper/out of daycare clothes, watch her play, heat up prepared dinner, assist feeding (dropped spoon, etc), clean high chair/floor after her meal, wash bottles/pacifiers, bath, and get her into pajamas. One or both parent(s) will be home to put her to bed, but could use another pair of hands as we juggle work/getting dinner ready, etc.
