We seek a reliable nanny who is available Mon-Thurs every week from 3:30PM to 6:00PM for two children (ages 3 and 5). Responsibilities include homework help, meal prep, assisting with toilet training, managing light laundry and housekeeping tasks, and the possibility of driving the children. We expect the nanny to ensure a safe and nurturing environment while promoting positive behavior and communication. The ideal candidate must have their own car and be comfortable with pets. We do require a clean background check. Our kids are energetic and love to play, so we hope to find someone who is caring, high energy, and able to follow house rules. We hope this can be a long-term commitment, and we want to make sure the person taking care of our children feels supported. In addition to an hourly salary, we plan to offer biannual cash bonuses based on level of childcare experience and good performance. We plan to offer 2 weeks (10 days) of PTO that will coordinate with family vacations.
