Our 5-year old was diagnosed with Angelman Syndrome. She is developmentally behind on her milestones (she learned how to walk at 3 years old, and uses alternate communication as she is non-verbal). Our youngest does not have special needs. We are looking for someone who is energetic, patient, and creative. We desire someone who takes initiative and is punctual/detail-oriented. We’re seeking someone who will collaborate/communicate with us on our children's needs. We need an understanding or willingness to learn how to help with development by engaging in developmental activities.
Consistent Nanny experience with a family for at least 1 year is preferred. Pay based on experience.
