Starting new job working from home and need the help with my 6 month old, my husband works full-time as well. We do have a dog who is very sweet and loves people.

First few weeks of new job, nanny will be needed for most of day (9-4pm), after training schedule will change to 4 hours a day (11:30-4:30pm).
