Cover the night shift. From arrival, tend to child. Feed him, change his diaper, burp him, rock him (if he wants). Safely interact with our son throughout the night if he has wake windows. If he begins to cry, soothe him back to sleep. Or feed him and change his diaper back to sleep.

The schedule is flexible.
