Weekend sitter for two energetic toddlers

My husband is DoD Contractor for the Navy and my two daughters are Aleah and Bella (4 and 3). Great kids with energy. My fiancé and I are looking for a kind and experienced sitter to allows us some casual nights out.
The sitter would need to create activities for our two daughters to do and occasionally give snacks. Bedtime is usually between 9pm and 11pm for weekends.
We live on Bay Point near Baby's Coffee. The schedule will be occasional weekends.

- Bedtime
