Full time babysitter needed(must be flexible with afternoon scheduling!)

Active family with 2 little boys, looking for a fun loving caregiver. Mom is just going back to work and dad runs his own business.
We need someone to watch our little guy full time and pick brother up 3 days a week- MWF from VPK(less than 2 miles away). Big brother is home Tuesday and Thursday full time. Looking for someone who is slightly flexible with their schedule!
Big brother is in school MWF from 8-1:15, (must be able to pick him up) and home T/TH all day. Little brother is home all day M-F. We are asking for flexibility with the afternoon schedule as mom and dad make their own schedules and some days might be earlier -some might be later
Requirements
- Sitter has own car
- Comfortable with pets
